What Is Alfa Yoga?
Yoga Studio in West Jakarta, open for online class, private session and special event class.
Is Alfa Yoga A Therapy Yoga Studio?
We can design special class based on your need, just consult and contact us for any inquiry
What Should I Bring?
We prepare all props you need for Yoga Practice, but if you willing use your personal props, you can bring at least your own Yoga mat.
How Hot Is Divi Yoga?
We don’t use heater in our Studio, but we also not use Air Conditioner in our class, so is only have natural air flow.
What Should I Wear?
Use your comfortable shirt and for your pants, I want to see all muscle working, so if you comfortable please using short pants
How Long Are Alfa Yoga Classes?
Yoga session usually will take one hour, but if you need more hour, please let me know.
