InstrukturYoga.id already established since 2010, before this we use InstrukturYoga.com domain, but me renew our website with our newest domain. We start to gather all yoga instructor in around Indonesia to get connection and networking to spready Yoga practices. We collaborate with Alfa Yoga meanwhile to give you all yoga practice.
Hi There, I’m Liz
My Name Listiyani Tanata, you can call me Liz. I’m doing Yoga Practice since my husband have Stress and Anxiety Problems. We practice together Iyengar Yoga and he can recover again. My Yoga journey with Iyengar Yoga style start from there, I joined many workshop and learn from all Iyengar teachers around the world, special mention I have a lot of lesson from Olop Arpipi. I have my opportunity visit and learn in RIMYI in special class last 2018. I also got my first Yoga Certification from Purna Yoga teach by Jon Ogilvie himself.
What I Offer
Weekly Classes
Our weekly classes will learn forward bend, back bend, inversion, and twisting poses in cycle to get all benefit from each asana.
Private Classes
Private classes will design based on clients need to stress management, therapy session, postural problems and pre-natal.
Special Event / Company Event
We also give Yoga practice to special event collaborate with any event organizer or company event/regular classes base on company needs.
